Purpose and use
We use data to fulfill orders, personalize programs, manage subscriptions, send notices, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your data.
Photos and health data
Private files are access-restricted. No image is published without separate, explicit consent. Transformation sharing is optional and never affects service.
Retention and deletion
Operationally deleted records enter a 30-day recovery period, after which non-required data and files are removed. Financial and security records may remain archived for required legal periods.
Your rights
You can request an export, correction, or deletion of eligible data through the portal or by email. We verify identity before acting.
